My tasks :

Be a Business Manager
o Open new customers and develop existing accounts,
o Increase, hire, lead and grow my consultants’ team,
o Monitor customer satisfaction

Implement the sales policy at national level
o Define and manage the sales strategy at local and national level, adjust if necessary Group’s offer to specificities of the local market.
o Establish short- and medium-term development objectives
o Design and implement actions plans at the national level in collaboration with Group management and in compliance with the corporate strategy.
Built, develop and manage a Business Managers (BM) team
o Hire and ensure the integration and training of new Business Managers,
o Drive, motivate, federate and involve BM teams by presenting the company’s strategy and organizing the business action plans,
o Be involved in negotiation with strategic clients and key prescribers,
o Handle tenders,
o Periodically support sales engineers in the field to handle customers’ needs and train new recruits.
o Manage the development and growth of every BM.

Monitor the performance, ensure reporting and administrative management of the subsidiary
o Ensure the activity’s organisation in compliance with commercial legislation, labour law and internal company procedures
o Prepare business plans and P&L, submit to management for approval,
o Monitor budgets and analyse KPI (level and evolution of turnover, margin, major expense items and profitability indicators).
o Consolidate, analyse and present the results at the level of its geographical scope to the Management,
o Design appropriate action plans, based on observed results and identified areas of progress, in collaboration with Management
o Participates step by step in the establishment and monitoring of support functions (HR, finance, ADV) following the subsidiary’s development and in coordination with the International Development Director.

My Background:

School / Level of education :
o Education type Master degrees, major university

Level of expériences :
o Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.
o Significant experience in Sales management (as Business, Sales, Account manager or BU Manager) in consulting firm in an operational management and specialized in project management, purchasing, supply chain and/or management control offers.
o Experienced in managing and recruiting consultants and business managers.
o Knowledge of at least two of the following sectors: Automotive, Pharmaceutical industry, Energy, Rail industry, Aeronautics, Defence/Security, Transport/Mobility, Banking, Insurance, Agri-Food.

Technical skills:
o Very good knowledge of the Office Pack
o Local language,
o Fluent in English oral and written,
o French is a plus,
